Transformative Therapy & Wellness Services, LLC is a Connecticut-based group practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care to individuals and families across the lifespan.

Founded and led by Amy Ramirez, LCSW, our practice was built on the belief that everyone deserves access to supportive, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapy. Under her leadership, our team is committed to creating a safe and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward healing and growth.

Our clinicians—including Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Master Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Counselors—bring diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and specialties to the work we do. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized care that honors each client’s unique experiences, identities, and goals.

We currently offer therapy services throughout Connecticut via secure telehealth, with limited in-person availability in Orange, CT.
